In partnership with Arkansas Sounds, a project of the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, the Arkansas Times presents the first ever Central Arkansas Music Awards, a concert and ceremony of recognition celebrating the musical landscape of Central Arkansas.

With the help of the public and an esteemed board, musicians and creators were nominated in 22 categories, and are up for awards acknowledging work created between October 1, 2016 and October 1, 2017. Winners will be announced at a ceremony of recognition at the Central Arkansas Library System’s Ron Robinson Theater 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018, with host Kevin Kerby and performances from Dazz & Brie, Brethren (Zakk & Big Papa Binns and special guests), The Legendary Pacers, Yuni Wa, Adam Faucett, Princeaus and The Brian Nahlen Band.

Please join us for a pre-party at 5:30 p.m. in Cache Restaurant’s private bar for happy hour drinks, appetizers, and comradery, and for a red carpet walk into the CALS Ron Robinson Theater. All seating is open, and beer and wine (included with ticket price) will be available in the lobby.

After the ceremony, all are welcome to join CAMA nominees, winners and patrons for an afterparty at the Revolution Taco & Tequila Lounge.
