Professional teams will cook a whole heritage breed hog provided by Farm Girl Meats and side dishes will be provided by Ben E. Keith Foods. Amateur teams will cook pork butts. Flyway Brewing is the beer and wine garden sponsor ($5 each per drink), and Ben E. Keith will provide delicious side dishes. Lots to eat and drink in a fun at Argenta Plaza. Live music from The Wildflower Review starts at 1:15, and the Goodtime Ramblers takes the stage at 3:00. Walk around, enjoy the food and meet the teams to hear all about what they're cookin' up. Trophies are awarded to the First, Second and Third place Professional and Amateur teams, as determined by a group of Barbecue judges.

The event site is open Saturday and Sunday mornings for competitors to set-up and start cooking.

Teams are limited to a total of twenty. We are still accepting professionals and amateurs.
