Join us for our next Chef Showcase Dinner of our 2022 series! Rusty Tractor Vineyards is partnering with Vino Distribution and Vibrant Occasions to bring you a five-course wine pairing dinner at the vineyard. We are honored to be supporting local businesses all the way around!
-Vino Distribution, a local distributor specializing in boutique wine from all over the world, will be bringing the juice.
-The menu will be prepared by the fabulous duo at Vibrant Occasions. Serge and Mary Krikorian have created a fantastic five course dinner.

This ticket is good for one person for the evening. If you would like to sit with another couple or table, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate your table arrangements. If we are not aware of where you would like to sit, we cannot move tables the evening of the event.
First Course
Labneh
Yogurt cheese drizzled with Agrumato, an extra virgin olive oil pressed with lemon,topped with roasted beets and crushed pistachio
Loaded Hummus
Topped with marinated feta,
pepperoncini peppers, diced tomatoes, olives, and garlic infused olive oil
Muhammara
A hot
pepper dip made with ground walnuts, fresh tomatoes and onions, and spices like
cumin and coriander, then topped with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses
Second Course
Lahmajoon (a/k/a Armenian Pizza)
Thin,
crispy dough topped with minced meat, minced vegetables and herbs including
onions, tomatoes, fresh mint, and parsley, as well as spices such as cayenne
pepper, paprika, cumin and cinnamon and drizzled with tzatziki sauce

greens topped with feta cheese, black olives, grape tomatoes, and red onions,

Grilled Mediterranean Steak Kebabs
