Join our new Playwriting class for Teens!
This course will explore creating a script, developing compelling characters, and writing dialogue. As the fundamental component of theatre, film, and television - playwriting is critical. How does a writer create a memorable character? How do you know what to edit down? How do you start writing? Enhance your creative writing skills in a workshop setting with others!
This course is open to current high school students (grades 9-12). Participants will be able to hear their scripts read out loud during the final class session in a reading with actors.
