Come to a relaxing evening at Ted and Joe's 1913 Craftsman home designed by the firm of Charles Thompson, and probably by architect Thomas Harding. The last time Ted and Joe hosted a summer supper was in 2015 on the day the Supreme Court ruled in favor of same-sex marriage. Since then, Ted and Joe finished their historic restoration using the Carl Miller method of stripping, shellacking, staining and varnishing all the woodwork and doors. They even installed the pocket doors! The house was on the Quapaw Quarter Tour of Homes in 2017.

Libations this year are presented in consultation with noted mixologist Mark Hooper and include a selection of cocktails made with Pink House Alchemy products, including the Woodruff House, named in honor of the QQA’s purchase and rescue of the Woodruff House. There will be non-alcoholic alternatives also.

Enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres from Trio's and a dessert bar by Chef Teddy.

Guests are encouraged to tour the entire house, enjoy the art collection and see what’s changed since the last Gayborhood! Ted and Joe graciously welcome you to their home!

Casual dress because of the heat, but no heels please!

A portion of all ticket prices is a tax-deductible donation to the Quapaw Quarter Association.
