P.S. We're now accepting competitors in both amateur and professional teams. Judges will be food bloggers in Arkansas and will judge both the amateurs and pros. Teams provide their own cooking source and fuel. Pits can be provided on request but have to be assembled by the team. Event site is open Saturday for set-up and prep. Professional Winner gets $1000 cash, and all 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in both amateur and professional teams will receive trophies.
