​Opera In The Rock is pleased to present our annual gala fundraiser, OPERA ON THE ROCKS IX, “To The Nines,” Friday, March 9th at 6:30pm in the beautiful and historic Junior League of Little Rock Ballroom.

Along with wine and hors d’oeuvres, the evening includes a silent auction and a musical program featuring OITR singers performing selections from our upcoming spring production Troubled Island by William Grant Still along with selections from Carmen and Porgy and Bess. Featured performers include:

Proceeds from the event benefit Opera In The Rock which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose goal is to produce main stage professional opera and educational outreach presentations in schools and other public venues. The corporation fosters and promotes opera as both entertainment and education and gives local and regional performers the opportunity to express their talents and advance their artistic careers. Opera In The Rock enriches and strengthens the artistic community by collaborating with a diverse range of talent both onstage and in production.
